OK, well, this is an entry for ~inuysha-link-lover's Sailor Elements contest. I thought it'd be fun to do. So here's Sailor Air. Modernized! I wanted to do something different than the sailor suit thing, so I did something kinda more modern. The hair is all messed up because it was different, then I had to change it because it looked bad. Now it looks better, but it's still not very good. It took forever to get right when I was drawing it! I don't know why that was, but I'm pretty happy with it now.
